Library Reserves

Reserves materials are books and media that faculty members and instructors set aside to assist students' with class work and papers. Physical reserves (books, DVDs, CDs) are kept behind the Information & Borrowing desk in the Goldfarb Library and have restricted borrowing rules. Electronic course materials (readings, ebooks, videos and other media) can be made available through LATTE.

Faculty members & instructors may put books and media on reserve by filling out the form below (more about materials that are accepted for reserve).

Please allow 2-3 business days to process reserve requests for library-owned materials, and 5+ business days to order and process purchase requests for reserve materials. Requests submitted within 2 weeks of the first day of classes will experience significantly longer processing times.

Reserve processing is available: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (excluding University staff holidays). If you have any questions, please email reserve@brandeis.edu or call 781-736-4630.
